Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through roofconvert.app, including single conversions, conversion packs, and monthly subscriptions. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Try before you buy

Your first conversion is free and requires no credit card. This lets you upload a real roof measurement PDF and review the ESX and Symbility XML output before spending anything. We strongly encourage you to use the free conversion to confirm RoofConvert works for your files before purchasing.

All sales are final

Because RoofConvert delivers digital goods that are generated and made available to you immediately, all purchases are non-refundable. This includes:

• Single conversion purchases
• Conversion packs (for example, the 10-Pack), in whole or in part
• Monthly subscription payments, including for unused conversions in a billing period

Once a conversion has been generated or a billing period has begun, that purchase is not eligible for a refund.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing, and you will keep access through the end of your current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

Technical problems

We stand behind the Service. If a conversion fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, or you are charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will make it right — typically by reissuing the conversion or correcting the charge. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please reach out within 7 days and include your account email and details of what happened.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
